Trix 6251
TRIX 6251 is an emulsifier compound in powder form for the usage in cakes and cake mixes.
Foams made with TRIX 6251 have the following properties:
- Fine crumb texture
- High overrun in cake mixes
- Short whipping time
- High cake volume
- Long shelf life
Doses: Typical doses varies from 1.5 – 2 % depending on the final product

- Emulsifier: E 477, , E 471, E 481, E 433; dextrose, glucose powder, modified starch.
